Course Terms

To keep things clear and fair for everyone, here are a few simple terms:

Booking & Payment
Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, a full refund is available up to 7 days before the course begins.
After that point, and once the course has started, refunds are not available.

Missed Sessions
Sessions are live and interactive. If you’re unable to attend a session, I’m afraid it won’t be possible to offer a replacement or refund.

Course Content & Support
You’ll receive guidance, feedback, and support throughout the course.
However, what you gain from it will depend on your own engagement and participation.

Group Space
This is a small, supportive group. I ask that everyone respects each other’s contributions and keeps anything shared within the group confidential.
