Course Terms

To keep things clear and fair for everyone, here are a few simple terms:

Booking & Payment
Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, a full refund is available up to 7 days before the course begins.
After that point, and once the course has started, refunds are not available.

Missed Sessions
Sessions are live and interactive. If you’re unable to attend a session, I’m afraid it won’t be possible to offer a replacement or refund.

Course Content & Support
You’ll receive guidance, feedback, and support throughout the course.
However, what you gain from it will depend on your own engagement and participation.

Group Space
This is a small, supportive group. I ask that everyone respects each other’s contributions and keeps anything shared within the group confidential.

Free Book

All registered and paid participants will receive a copy of Annie Cook's most recent published novel. In some instances, owing to logistical and postage issues, this may be an electronic copy. Copies will be sent out within seven days before the course commences.
