By visiting the site and/or purchasing something from Annie Cook, you engage in her “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Purchases – Books

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and are subject to change without notice.

Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

Physical books will be shipped to the address provided; shipping times may vary based on location.

Digital books (eBooks) will be delivered via email or downloadable link.

All book sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

3. Purchases – Writing Support Packages

Writing support packages are offered as scheduled services and may include one-on-one sessions, editorial feedback, or other forms of guidance as outlined in the package description.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

You may reschedule a booked one-to-one session with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours can only be rescheduled at Annie Cook’s discretion.

If for any reason Annie Cook herself is unable to fulfil your booked service, you will be offered the option to reschedule.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including books, course materials, and resources provided through packages, is the intellectual property of Annie Cook and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

Annie Cook Writer is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of her site or services. Annie Cook commits to delivering professional and good faith services but she cannot guarantee outcomes from writing support packages.
